(1) Excavator fault code 0091-08: Abnormal throttle position signal
The main fault phenomenon must use the backup throttle switch to set the diesel engine speed.
①Cause of fault: The ECM detects that the throttle signal frequency is greater than 2000Hz or less than 150Hz for 2 seconds.
② System reaction: The ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will mark the throttle position as invalid data.
Before the following situations occur, keep the recent diesel engine speed at the required diesel engine speed.
a.The ECM cannot receive the diesel engine speed signal from the backup throttle switch.
b. The signal from the throttle switch starts to take effect and remains for more than 2s.
(2) Excavator fault code 0094-03: The fuel pressure sensor and battery positive electrode are open or short-circuited. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine shuts down or does not run.
(3) Fault code 0094-04: The fuel pressure sensor is short-circuited to ground. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine shuts down or does not run.
(4) Fault code 0100-03: The oil pressure sensor and the battery positive electrode are open/short circuited. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine runs at low power. The diesel engine speed decreases.
(5) Fault code 0100-04: The oil pressure sensor is short-circuited to ground. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine runs at low power. The diesel engine speed decreases.
(6) Fault code 0110-03: The coolant temperature sensor and the battery positive electrode are open/short circuited. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine will not enter the cold mode. The diesel engine does not catch fire. The diesel engine runs at low power. The diesel engine speed decreases.
(7) Fault code 0110-04: The coolant temperature sensor is short-circuited to ground. The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine does not catch fire. The diesel engine runs at low power. The diesel engine speed decreases.
